Find a profile or video

Use the profile viewer to enter a username or public profile link. The video viewer accepts a full TikTok video URL. Public profile embeds provide a limited selection of videos, rather than a complete history.

Export comments

Browsing videos and comment previews is free. Log in to claim 2,000 free credits once, then choose a main-comment limit and CSV or Excel on a video page. Paid plans also include reply exports. Exports include comment ID, parent comment ID, username, text, likes, reply count and available timestamps. Free previews show up to 20 main comments and 3 replies per parent.

Credits and permissions

Each unique row in a completed export costs one credit; replies count too. Free accounts can export up to 2,000 main-comment rows per task. Paid accounts can export up to 10,000 total rows per task. One export may collect at a time. Monthly allowances refresh without rollover, including the monthly allocations of annual plans. Welcome credits are issued once and are kept separately while a paid allowance is active.

Credits are reserved while collecting and charged only when the task completes. Failed collections can resume; cancel an incomplete task in Billing to release its reservation. Inactive tasks expire after 15 minutes. Completed exports can be downloaded again in CSV or Excel from Billing within 24 hours without another charge. Starting a new export charges again.

If a request fails

TikTok can reject requests or return fewer results than its reported count. Retry later; errors are not replaced with sample data. An interrupted download can be retried from the completed export in Billing.

Your account

Choose Google sign-in, or sign up with your email and a password. There are no password strength requirements; the password must not be empty. Your username is automatically taken from the part of your email before @. Open the verification email and choose Verify email before logging in. The link lasts 30 minutes. Check spam if it has not arrived; to resend, return to Sign up and submit your details again after one minute. Only verified email accounts can log in. Google and email accounts are separate.

Your subscription

You may buy without logging in. Sign in with the email used at checkout to access your credits. Canceling renewal retains access through the paid period. Billing shows your remaining credits, reset date, export history and subscription portal.

Complete video history, background export scheduling, password recovery and guaranteed upstream availability are not provided. Export availability depends on what the public source returns.
